Easy Peasy Chocolate Brownie Muffins



Yes yes I know I know!! Once again it's been ages but I've been so busy.
My day job went CRAZY with a total revamp and relaunch of the store I work in.
So it's been late nights and early mornings for ages.

To apologize let me bribe you with some cake :)

On offer today is the easiest peasiest recipe ever!!

My famous
Chocolate Brownie Muffins Yummmmmmmmmmy!!


You will need
300g (2 cups) Self Raising Flour
35g (1/3 Cup) Cocoa
75g ( 1/3 Cup) Caster Sugar
60g Butter Melted
95g Choc bits (chop up favourite bar dark/milk you decide)
75g (1/2 cup) chopped nuts (walnuts/pistachios taste great in this recipe)
Nuts are optional
125ml (1/2 cup) Nutella
1 Egg beaten
300ml (3/4 cup) Milk


Pre heat oven to 200 Celsius/ 400 F/ Gas 5
Now the easy fun part
Put all the dry ingredients in your mixing bowl
Add the wet ingredients to the dry

It will look like this


I hear ya doesn't look great does it.... trust me they will!!

Now Mix with a spoon, not too ,much just enough to blend the ingredients

It should look like this

Spoon into muffin cases and bake in the oven for 20 Min's and your done


Grab yourself a mug of coffee and a good book and curl up on the sofa for a well deserved break.

These muffins are great fresh from the oven and don't last long in our house.
